No two buildings are alike – which is why Eliona is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution. Our platform uses classic standards in OT, IT and IoT to tailor it to your specific needs and building portfolio. This allows you to leverage your data treasure trove and take advantage of the new intelligence in buildings.
Whether you have a small property or a complex portfolio, our flexible pricing model grows with your requirements and helps you unlock the full savings potential of your buildings.
Duration: 1 week
We get to know your organisation, your portfolio and your goals. On this basis, we can tailor Eliona specifically to your initial situation and plan the system implementation in a well-founded manner.
Analysis of the organisational and data structure
Consideration of existing FM guidelines and specifications
Survey of the existing asset, system and process landscape
Identification of possible data silos or data gaps
Creation of a project and schedule
Duration: 1 week
We work with you to define specific use cases based on your existing infrastructure and objectives. These use cases determine which data is required and which systems need to be integrated.
Workshop to define relevant use cases
Content and technical development of use cases
Planning of system and data integration
Duration: 2 weeks
In this phase, we connect the relevant systems to Eliona from a technical perspective. Data is transferred and harmonised via standardised interfaces. If necessary, additional hardware is installed for connectivity.
Optional: Installation of edge hardware in the building
Establishment of data connections to BMS, HVAC, sensors, etc.
Integration into Eliona via MQTT, REST API or proprietary interfaces
Duration: 4 weeks
The incoming data is semantically modelled, validated and structured in Eliona. A defined ontology is used to create the database for automation and AI-based processes. The use cases are then activated.
Integration of a standardised or customer-specific ontology
Setup of automation workflows and AI scripts
Parameterisation and commissioning of the defined use cases
Transition to the learning and operating phase of the platform
From this point on, Eliona is fully functional, customised and ready for use.
As needed
To enable you to operate Eliona independently and efficiently, we train your teams in how to use the platform. If required, our experts are also available to provide specific expertise and services.
Training for users and administrators
Support with script creation, dashboards or app extensions
Access to our Professional Services Team for individual requirements
For predictive maintenance of sensitive and highly technical systems, the EW installed specialised software from SRT Diagnostics. The user interface was too complex and very complicated for the effective user in everyday use. In collaboration with the software manufacturer, we defined the 5 most important values and track them live in Eliona.
These can now be conveniently monitored in a dashboard using rules and alarms.
For example, the technician noticed a slight increase in the acceleration values and a drop in temperature in general. In order to avoid failures and malfunctions, the system could be checked in advance.
A Swiss financial institution is pursuing the goal of reducing its operating costs through improved energy efficiency and at the same time achieving a higher rating for sustainability certificates.
This was achieved through an innovative project that relies on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to optimise the energy consumption of 140 existing buildings. The data packages were transferred to an AI and enriched with additional information such as historical and future weather data in order to define optimised target values for the HVAC systems. These were fed directly into the infrastructure via Eliona.
The result: a 28% reduction in energy consumption was achieved in the first three months.
To control a heat pump dynamically, it can be operated in Eliona via simple control loops. In combination with live data on kWh consumption and water temperature, it is possible to operate the heat pump at an optimum COP.
The availability of historical data enables optimised settings to be made, particularly during the seasonal changes, in order to avoid peak loads in energy consumption.
Over 300 heat pumps of various sizes and customers are already connected to Eliona. This allows us to analyse the behaviour patterns during operation and constantly send adjusted values to the systems.
